Assisted with the transfer of data from their Job Cost system into WWU's new Facilities Management application FAMIS. I now manage the creation of new reports for gathering information from FAMIS using the Hummingbird Report Writer, along with independently querying the FAMIS database for both known and possible errors and correcting those errors.

As Retail Systems Specialist, I was the main point of contact for the organization's printers, UNIX based inventory system, and handheld inventory devices. This included troubleshooting, installing new printers, reprogramming hand held devices, along with coordinating repair and/or replacement with the vendors. I also assisted with setting up new computers for deployment in our corporate office and stores.
